Do I need AgentLog to use Auditflow? +
Yes. Auditflow maps your AgentLog event log to SOC 2 controls. Without events flowing, there's nothing to map. If you have Pro or Business, Auditflow activates instantly on your existing data — zero additional setup or engineering.
What does the Riskbase opt-in actually share? +
Only anonymized aggregate behavioral distributions — frequency counts, risk score ranges. No raw events, no org names, no agent IDs, no PII. Minimum 50 organizations per data point before anything is published. You can opt out at any time from Settings → Data.
SOC 2 Type I vs Type II — when can I get each? +
Type I is point-in-time — available the day Auditflow is active. Type II requires 90 days of continuous monitoring. Start today and you're eligible for a Type II report in 90 days. Your Auditflow dashboard shows your projected Type II eligibility date.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Event history is retained for 90 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion.
