What we collect
AgentLog collects agent event metadata: timestamps, platform names, agent IDs, action types, data categories, record counts, and outcomes. We never collect the content of agent operations — no customer records, PII, emails, or documents.
We also collect standard account information (name, email, company) and usage data (login times, feature usage) for billing and product improvement.
How we use it
- To provide the AgentLog service (risk scoring, reports, alerts)
- To calculate anonymized benchmarks (opt-in only, aggregate across 50+ orgs)
- To improve the risk scoring algorithms
- To communicate about your account and service updates
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (1) sub-processors necessary to provide the service (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe), (2) you, on request, and (3) law enforcement, when legally required. Full sub-processor list available on request.
Data retention
Event logs are retained for the duration of your plan's retention window (7 days Free, 30 days Starter, 90 days Pro, 1 year Business). After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
