1. Acceptance
By creating an AgentLog account or using the AgentLog API or SDK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AgentLog.
2. Service description
AgentLog provides AI agent event logging, risk scoring, and compliance documentation services. The open source SDK is provided under the MIT license. The hosted cloud service is provided under these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use AgentLog to: (a) transmit PII or sensitive personal data as event payload, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the risk scoring engine, (c) resell access to the API without a written reseller agreement, (d) violate any applicable law.
4. AI-generated content disclaimer
AgentLog uses Claude API to generate compliance reports. These reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for validating reports before submitting to auditors or regulators.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Overages are not charged — if you hit your event limit, new events are queued or dropped depending on your plan settings. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTLOG'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
